Evolution of waste management technology.

Greenviron India based out of Bengaluru is a leading providers for effective and unique solution for recycling of all kinds of bio-degradable waste which converts it into compost. The company is engaged in a variety of social and environmental improvement activities in India. Our core focus areas includes Organic Waste Management and Optimizing Natural Resources.
We strongly believe in the concept of “Recycle to Refill”. We are proud and determined to take India to new heights with Make In India and Swachh Bharat Initiatives.
What is GREENVIRON ?
Greenviron is a fully automatic and highly compact composting machine where special kind of micro organism is used to breakdown & decompose. The entire process is aerobic, natural and biological. Our special microorganisms thrive in high temperature and are effective even in high acidic or salty conditions. The Greenviron has a ‘U-shaped’ composting tank, with a humidity sensor, heater, mixing blades and an exhaust system.

How GREENVIRON works?
When organic waste is added to it, moisture is sensed by the humidity sensor, due to which the heater turns ON and the composting tank gets heated. Due to this, the water content in the organic waste is evaporated and it goes out to the atmosphere as water vapour through the exhaust system. As any organic waste contains 70-80% water content, we achieve 70-80% volume reduction at this stage itself. At the same time, our special micro organisms then decompose the organic waste into compost, and this happens within 24 hours. That’s how we achieve 85-90% volume reduction. The process is completely noiseless as there is no crushing or grinding involved.

SUBSCRIBE:

CITY Montessori school in India is the world’s biggest – with a staggering 47,000 pupils. It is so large a packed Anfield could comfortably attend – with room to spare. The school – known as CMS for short – employs an army of 3,800 staff, including teachers, support staff, cleaners, rickshaw drivers, and even electricians, carpenters and gardeners. It has over 1,000 classrooms, 3,700 computers and goes through thousands of pounds worth of stationary and books each year. Based in the city of Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, CMS was set up by Dr. Jagdish Gandhi, 75, and his wife Bharti in 1959 with just five pupils. Today, it sprawls over 20 campuses across the city – and is still growing despite doubling in size during the last 14-years alone.

Sui Dhaaga: Made in India

Views:10502|Rating:4.00|View Time:2:2:28Minutes|Likes:3313|Dislikes:829
“Sui Dhaaga – Made in India” is a heart-warming story of pride and self-reliance, which finds its roots in the heart of India and reflects the passion that runs through the veins of every single Indian. Taking the message of “Made in India” forward, the film modestly tries to bring back our traditional art forms and handicrafts in focus. Through Mauji (Varun Dhawan) & his wife Mamta (Anushka Sharma), the film talks about the need of social entrepreneurship as a tool for social and economic development of our artisans, living their life in the margins due to the changing times. Set in a small town in India, the film encapsulates the journey of an honest man from a humble background, who pursues his passion, overcoming all odds and soon finds himself on the cover of an international magazine with the world taking note and appreciating his talent. A clean family entertainer, the film emphasizes virtues like honesty, self-respect and community living.

100% Cotton. Made in India: Farmers commit suicide after planting GMO cotton.

An estimated 290,000 Indian farmers have committed suicide in 20 years. Small farms were once the country’s economic backbone but now, owners struggle to make even a meagre profit and drown in debt. For some, the pressure is too much. Many blame GMO cotton for the failing farms, having cornered the market and replaced organic crops; they have failed to live up to expectations.

The Man Who Planted A Forest: Jadav Payeng | Unique Stories From India

One tree doesn’t make a forest, but one man can.

In 1979, Jadav Payeng started planting saplings in the middle of a barren wasteland in Assam. Every day, he planted one new sapling. 35 years later, that barren wasteland is a lush green forest, spread over 1360 acres, and still growing. This Diwali, instead of spreading pollution, help Tropicana salute one man’s effort to make the world a greener place.

This festive season, on every Fruit Wishes pack gifted, Tropicana will contribute towards planting more than 25,000 trees. To know more, visit fruitwishes.in. #GiftATree with Tropicana.

India Village Life Making Cow Dung Patties – Upla – Gobar

India Village Life Making Cow Dung Patties – Upla – Gobar . In small indian village making making Cow Dung Patties – Upla – Gobar is the only way of making money.
My Life Survival Story With # Cow Dung Patties – Upla – Gobar
Cow dung, which is usually a dark brown color (usually combined with soiled bedding and urine), is often used as manure (agricultural fertilizer). If not recycled into the soil by species such as earthworms and dung beetles, cow dung can dry out and remain on the pasture, creating an area of grazing land which is unpalatable to livestock.

In many parts of the developing world, and in the past in mountain regions of Europe, caked and dried cow dung is used as fuel.

Dung may also be collected and used to produce biogas to generate electricity and heat. The gas is rich in methane and is used in rural areas of India and Pakistan and elsewhere to provide a renewable and stable source of electricity.[1]

In central Africa, Maasai villages have burned cow dung inside to repel mosquitos. In cold places, cow dung is used to line the walls of rustic houses as a cheap thermal insulator. Most of villagers in India spray fresh cow dung mixed with water in front of the houses to repel insects.[2] It is also dried into cake like shapes and used as replacement for firewood.
