Watercress is a nutrient rich, power green that would make a great addition to any clean eating lifestyle.

It’s delicious in salads, soups, sautes, and perfect for piling on top of a sandwich or into a wrap. In this video I cover all the basics when it comes to shopping, prepping, and cooking watercress at home. PLUS, I share a recipe for one of my favorite watercress salads at the end!

  1. Watercress is great, BUT be careful not to overdo it. Pregnant women need to be aware that it's possible to cause complications. There are also other health concerns. As with anything, know that there can be harm in too much. Be careful!!

  2. Chinese recipe for the soup. Watercress, Almonds, soybeans and meaty pork bones. Great as a starter and you can sear the pork meat and marrow afterwards to add to another dish!

  3. Subscribed. You've informed me on how to select it in the store, prepare it, store it, and why I should eat it!!!! You probably told me more than that. ☺

  4. OOOOHHH MY GOD. OIL IN THE Watercress .IS BAD.

  12. Cool, but dont ever add oil to your greens or anything else. Even vegetable oils are linked to cancer, heart disease, diabetes, weight gain, etc. Plenty of good oil free recipes out there.
